Twilight Houses Chapter 1

When Cathead becomes the victim of a botched hypnosis on the streets of his city, he finds himself lost between worlds and trapped with a demon on an island that does not feel entirely real.  As the boundary between worlds begins to flicker, the voice of his recently vanished girlfriend plunges him into a deeper mystery that has begun unfurling. As the reality that Cathead had known is rocked from its foundations he is coming to realize there is something much more peculiar at work behind the world.   

Twilight Houses is an ongoing series where entire kingdoms may crumble, maps to lost places may burn, and doors to secret worlds may close forever. Giants, mermaids, punk bands, thieves, and kingslayers traverse the dusklands where Cathead, the aloof layabout, must choose to either seek out the strange and mysterious through dark passages or simply let go of the one person that showed him a path that he never thought possible.
