But as Gyro and Johnny approach the finish line, they notice their old enemy Hot Pants sneaking off toward a nearby city! What’s the retired racer still doing in the Steel Ball Run? Gyro and Johnny decide to investigate, but completely unbeknownst to them, they may be walking into a trap that could cost them everything.
