While we will do our best to ship your items within 3 business days, sometimes things happen. If there is a delay in your shipping we'll let you know as soon as we can.
If there are items unavailable for your order due to an inventory issue, we'll reach out to let you know and ask how you want to proceed. If we don't hear back by the next business day, we will fulfill the order to the best of our ability and refund you the difference.
We generally consider new release comics to be near mint. This designation may include some minor blemishes that occur during shipping from our distributors.
Back issue comics are kept in bags and boards in our back bins. Feel free to ask us about the condition of one of these books before ordering if you have any questions.
